Why is my battery draining too fast when I’m barely using it ?

Why is my battery draining too fast when I’m barely using it ? For example I’m using Instagram for about 30 min max and the battery is going down by 10% or when I’m just randomly checking up on my stuff the battery goes down 2-3% with in 10 minutes
