iphone 11 3016 error

Hi All,

I purchased iphone11 and within 1 month got into heat and turnoff issue Aptronix service center sent it to banglore and returned with reason no issues again after 2 weeks got no bluetooth/wifi issue and getting 3016 error when trying to do software update.

Is there any way to get new replacement as every time service center sending it to banglore and they are returning without doing proper fix
