iPod Touch 7th Generation

My iPod 7th Generation is locked. We have tried everything on Apple Support to unlock it with no success. Currently, I just Restored and Updated and told to Unlock. What should I do now?

What do you mean by locked? What is the message you get when you try to turn it on? Does it say disabled? If so, do this:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPod touch, or your iPod touch is disabled - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211080

or does it say Activation Lock? If so, follow these instructions: How to remove Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441
