I am unable to turn my iPAD on
I have an iPad I use in my office and we are unable to get it to turn on. It has been fully charged

As the iPad has no external indication of its battery state, without benefit of the on-screen charge status, how can you be certain that it is fully charged?
Connect your iPad to to its Power Adapter and allow it to charge. Whilst the iPad remains connected to the Power Adapter:
- On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
- On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
