Hello, my voicenotes on iMessage are barely audible and are very muffled. I tapped on the speaker next to them in the chat, and it was already blue and nothing changed.
Siri also doesn’t respond to my voice most of the time.
My mic however seems fine on WhatsApp and over phone calls. How can I solve this?

Do you a case on your iPhone? If so, test by removing it to see if the same issue occurs. How does that work?

We appreciate you testing that out and getting back to us with the results. Are you using a Bluetooth device with a microphone or anything similar? Do you get the same result if you disconnect it and test again?

It’s the same issue with or without my phone case :(
And i even tried recording a voice memo, it was perfectly clear.
seems like the problem is just with iMessage and Siri.
Any other suggestions?

Nope I’m not using any Bluetooth device. None of the problems listed above are related unfortunately.
