Where do I send the device? Is there a shipping lable?

In my experience of shipping 5+ items to Apple with a box supplied by Apple, the shipping label was underneath the label used to ship the box to me. Instructions were also on the box on how to expose the label. If there is no label then I would call Apple.

If you have received a shipping box from Apple, the shipping label will be underneath the label that was used to ship the box to you. You just have to tear off your label to expose the label to ship your device.

Well, ok. That's good information to know. If you do a trade-in, the box to ship back your traded in device will be shipped separate from your new device, at least that was the case for me.
