Where do I send the device? Is there a shipping label?

If you have received a shipping box from Apple, the shipping label will be underneath the label that was used to ship the box to you. You just have to tear off your label to expose the label to ship your device.
In my experience of shipping 5+ items to Apple with a box supplied by Apple, the shipping label was underneath the label used to ship the box to me. Instructions were also on the box on how to expose the label. If there is no label then I would call Apple.
There were no instructions for taking off the label. I called Apple & they are shipping the "empty" box (that should have come with my new purchase. And my 14-day trade-in time was extended another 14 days.
Well, ok. That's good information to know. If you do a trade-in, the box to ship back your traded in device will be shipped separate from your new device, at least that was the case for me.
