iPhone 12 won't wirelessly charge

I updated my phone to 14.4.2 and now it won't charge wirelessly unless I do a hard reset and then only for a while. What gives? The phone is only 3 weeks old.

I have two chargers, a Morphie and an Anker, I followed the instructions, purchased them both from Verizon and have used both of them successfully with my iPhone XR and my new iPhone 12. All was well until I upgraded to iOS 14.4.2 this weekend. I also heard that this is a "known problem" with the 12.

I did a hard reset, works for a bit, then stops charging. Turned off Optimized Charging as well, same results.

Thanks. I actually did that this morning not knowing that might be a fix, just moving the charger. It started to charge okay, then quit. I'll try it again this evening. Thanks for your help. I've also had the camera just randomly freeze a couple of times too. The only fix appeared to be a restart but I didn't want to do that in the middle of a run and lose the run data. It's been fine for a while now.
