iPhone 12 won't wirelessly charge
I updated my phone to 14.4.2 and now it won't charge wirelessly unless I do a hard reset and then only for a while. What gives? The phone is only 3 weeks old.

I have two chargers, a Morphie and an Anker, I followed the instructions, purchased them both from Verizon and have used both of them successfully with my iPhone XR and my new iPhone 12. All was well until I upgraded to iOS 14.4.2 this weekend. I also heard that this is a "known problem" with the 12.
I did a hard reset, works for a bit, then stops charging. Turned off Optimized Charging as well, same results.
Try unplugging both chargers, do the forced restart again on the iPhone, plug the chargers back in and then try it. If it continues to be an issue click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
Thanks. I actually did that this morning not knowing that might be a fix, just moving the charger. It started to charge okay, then quit. I'll try it again this evening. Thanks for your help. I've also had the camera just randomly freeze a couple of times too. The only fix appeared to be a restart but I didn't want to do that in the middle of a run and lose the run data. It's been fine for a while now.
Who is the maker of the charger and are you following their instructions?
I have no trouble with my Mophie (no r in the name). I also have no trouble with the last two security updates.
There is no "known problem" with either.
