I bought a new Iphone 12 max pro and do not have my apple card info on my phone, how do I get the apple card info back into my wallet?

My apple card is not on my new Iphone 12 max pro, how do I get it on there?

is there any way to access card information with out an iphone? I recently have had screen trouble with my iPhone, I am pretty much locked out of my phone and I am trying to use my apple card to purchase a new phone - for that I need the card numbers and information of which I cannot access because my front display is cracked. Is there any other way to gain access to my apple card information other than through the wallet?
