Trade-In

I have an unopened iPhone 12 mini and I was wondering what my options are for trading it in/upgrading it to an iPhone 12.

You have 14 days from day of purchase to return it for any reason if you bought it from Apple. I suggest that you call your local Store for their policy if it is over 14 days.
