I cannot update my Apple Watch series 1
Can you assist me with updating my Apple Watch series 1? I followed the steps that are provided online and am still unsuccessful

I’m at the point where it the iPhone is searching for a software update. The system then says that it cannot find a software update due to no internet connection. I turned off the WiFi and tried it with LTE at the full 4 bars and it still was not working. I reset the watch and tried it again and got the same message.
