Mirror dnd between watch and iPhone broken in 14.4.2

Watch series 4 and iPhone XR. Do not disturb no longer mirrored after applying 14.4.2.

DND "On Until I Leave" Does Not Work... The watch (series 6) is set to mirror my iPhone 13, but I could not find on the phone to mirror my watch. I've tried "On until I leave" several times but none of the other DND (Do Not Disturb) options except Sleep which is coupled to my phone alarm and is set from the Phone. Specifically, I get up and leave an event walking or driving a fare distance from the event and the "crescent moon" does not turn off. I cannot gauge whether any watch or phone update caused this--it has never worked. Unfortunately the Apple advisor I talked to was not well versed with the DND and I became impatient. We verified a different setting on the phone which was properly(?) set. Thank you.

Mirroring is turned on but My Apple Watch (SE) doesn’t notify me when my iPhone (XR)rings My iphone has mirroring turned on but my Apple Watch doesn’t notify me when my IPhone rings.

Have you tried turning it off on both devices, power both devices off and back on again, then turning DND back on again? It is working on my devices, so I know it still works. You just need to get yours to sync again, and that procedure should do it.
