Unable to download apps from the apps store

i just got a replaced phone and am unable to download apps . Each time I try to download a message comes up stating my iCloud is disabled in App Store and ITunes

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

according to If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact Apple Support for help.
