I have an iMac model number MHK33LL/A and am unsure of the model year. The computer info tab says it is a 2019 model but online searches state it is a 2020 model. On the Apple website to identify your Mac I don't see my model listed. What model year do I actually have?

That would be an Early 2019 model.
Apple did eliminate the option of a standard hard drive for that model, so some sites may consider it to be a “2020” model, but Apple doesn’t.
