Important display message

My phone has recently been fixed (the screen) it was completely shattered and then the middle portion of the screen stopped working so I went and had the screen replaced and as I had gotten it back, I noticed the “Important Display Message” and have no clue what they had done for it to come up

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

Was this done at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center?

Yes. Return there and seek assistance.
No. You had an unauthorized repair performed on the iPhone. Apple can no longer assist you with this device. That’s the reason for the message.

Take it back to where it was replaced and ask them to fix it.
