I received My mac Pro 15 2019 as a Birthday present and everything is fine, however i cannot get access to the service information. It was ask ing for a purchase date and i cannot provide that so Apple is requesting a proof of purchase receipt which i do not have either. what can i do?
Ask the person who gave that to you. I know it was a present and all that information is "secret" but for that kind of gift it really is critical information.
