If they are synced from your phone using iCloud, you can delete them off your phone, and they will be deleted in iCloud.
Or you can log on to www.icloud.com - and delete them there. But be aware - if you are using iCloud photos to sync your phone with iCloud, then if you delete them on iCloud they will also be deleted on your phone.
