Macbook Air M1 charger

Recently I bought the M1 Macbook Air, from the very beginning the charger is getting unusually hot. Earlier I thought maybe it was always like this, but now I'm seriously concerned of the fact that it gets unbearably too hot.

I had a word with the customer support, and suggest me to visit the nearest store which is 200KM from my place, as confirmed BY THEM! That too during the COVID period!!

How can they give such insane answers?! This is how APPLE SUPPORT HELPS!!

I need my charger be replaced since it's only been two months since the purchase.

What am I supposed to do, please help!

My MBA M1 ( March 17, 2021 ) directly from Apple charger may be slightly warm but never Hot.

Bought the MBA M1 from Whom ? If Directly from Apple is one thing. From a Third Party Retailer is another thing.
