Hotspot not working properly

Hi, i have iphone 12 pro and it's updated to latest software version. The hotspot is not working properly. The other devices can't find my network. Every time i restart the phone or reset network configuration to solve this issue. Then it works for one time. Then if i need to use the hotspot again, i need to repeat the above solutions.
