After reviewing your post, it seems like you are looking for help typing the _ symbol on your iPhone keyboard. We'd love to help! Tap the box you wish to type in, which brings up your keyboard. Tap the 123 key, then tap the key that shows #+=. This will bring up the second page of characters and you will find the underscore symbol at the start of the 2nd row.
