when my Mac went to sleep mode after 5 min wifi disconnects my what's web will be having no connect, again I have to go to the wifi option to connect It to the particular network...

Okay, And if all of the above doesn't work, I recommend going to the folks at apple support as this may be a hardware issue, but before you go to them, try running diagnostics on the mac: Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support if they detect anything on that test, go to apple next after the diagnostics.
