The big sur is not allowing my tablet to work. It says I should change the acessibility settings and I did, but the wacom driver can't find the device yet. Please help me to fix it asap.
My Wacom is intuos4 / ptk-640

You need to wait till Wacom will release the driver for Big Sur.
