iPhone is disabled, connect to itunes

My younger sibling entered the wrong passcode several times. Now it's saving "iphone disabled, connect to itunes". How do I put my passcode so I don't have to go through recovery mode. So many important files not backed up on the device.

There is no way to save the data

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
