I cannot record sound when I’m recording a meeting even though the mic is on. Any idea how to fix it that?
When I try to record the screen the sound doesn’t record even though the mic is on.

Audio is automatically disabled when in a call when screen recording. This could be due to laws on recording phone calls? I am not entirely sure. You will have to use a second device to record calls.
