We understand you're having problems with Pages and Numbers. We're happy to help.
To start, we'd suggest providing more specific details on the issue. When you say they're not responding, what exactly is happening? Do the applications not open at all when you tap on them? Are they attempting to open, but then close back to the home screen? Do they open, but none of the functions in them work? Are you getting some sort of error? Etc.
Answers to questions like these will help give the community a better idea of what you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.
