grandson forgot all signin info for ipad
Any way to regain owner ship of old ipad? grandson was using it and then forgot all info about account, etc. We got it second hand so can't show original owner purchase

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
