Apple Watch Series 6 cellular - Spotify

Hi, I recently bought a brand new Apple Watch series 6 with cellular so I could stream music while running without taking my phone. However it does not work. I can never select my watch in the device menu. It doesn’t show up on my watch or in my phone. Even though they are both connected to the same WiFi at home and also are connected through Bluetooth. I have even tried airdrop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the full app countless times on both phone and watch. Signed out of every where on Spotify app. Checked my country. Nothing works.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the latest update as well as the watch. I have even factory reset the watch. Nothing works. Help. I connect the headphone to the watch, but still can’t play Spotify through the watch. I have seen videos where you select to change from phone to watch. But I don’t have the option. I will attach all photos. Thanks
