Do I have to remove my sim card if selling iphone 6 Plus? It's been deleted.

You don't have to but you might want to. I guess it could have some not-super-secret personal information such as the carrier you used. We last use one of our iPhones in New Zealand and left the SIM card in. Now when I start it here in the US it defaults things such as addresses in Contacts to New Zealand. :-|
