Your iPhone 12 needs to put in Recovery Mode, and do a Restore on it. For that, you need a PC or Mac, and your lightning cable. If you use a PC, then you need to download iTunes. iTunes can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
REMEMBER: Everything stored locally on your iPhone will be deleted and the phone will be restored to factory settings.
- Connect your iPhone 12 to a PC/Mac
- Quick Press Volume Up
- Quick Press Volume Down
- Press and Hold the Power Button, until your phone restart, and enter Recover Mode.
Recovery Mode is a black screen, with a computer and cable icon.
On your PC / Mac, select Restore. Your computer will download new software for your iPhone and install it. It may take some time, depending on how fast your internet connection is. The software takes up about 5-6GB
