Deleting apps

When I try to delete an app it just gives the option to remove it off my Home Screen. If I go to storage and try to delete the app that way the option does not show the option to delete it. How do I fully get rid of an app off my phone? I have an iPhone 11

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You have screen restrictions turned on.

To turn it off then follow the instructions below

Settings > Screen time > Content & privacy restrictions > iTunes and App store purchases > Deleting Apps

Deleting apps will show "Don't Allow" and all you have to do is switch it to "Allow"

Now you will be able uninstall apps.
