Random Tabs Opening While I'm on Chrome or Safari

Hi, I've had this problem for a while and am finally deciding to ask about it. So whenever I'm in chrome or safari random tabs keep opening. Like a popular one is this link "https://go.loadingnow.me/browser/show?i=j8a6e0zyumgltnc7" (different number and letter combo each time after the "show?i=". Right now these keep popping up every minute and it's driving me crazy.

Or like it will open bing and have some random thing searched up. Or it will take me to some random gossip type website or something like "celebs that are divorced" idk. I don't ever look that stuff up so idk whats making it pop up. Please help.

   1. Remove adware, if installed on your Mac..

Run the latest release of Malwarebytes for Mac to remove malware/adware, if installed on your Mac.

For instructions: Install Malwarebytes for Mac v4      Uninstall Malwarebytes for Mac

       Click the “FREE DOWNLOAD” button.

Click the “Scan ” button. Once done, quit Malwarebytes for Mac.

Restart the computer and relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.

       Scan for Malware again.

       Additional steps  if necessary.
