Why iPhone vibrates when pressing volume and power button simultaneously?
It is true on my iPhone and I tried to do it on other iPhones it works every time but why? No notification just vibration

Yes. That’s expected. It triggers process that gathers all logs from the device which later you can provide to Apple if you have an issue they want to investigate.
