How do I delete and disassociate an app from my Apple ID?

I need to reinstall the app as if it were never installed in the 1st place. I’ve manually deleted it and the keychain password from all devices but can’t disassociate from my Apple ID.

You cannot disassociate an app from your Apple ID. The most you can do is delete the application and hide it from your purchased apps.
