It says unable to activate and shutdown but when I shutdown it keeps on saying the same thing
You can't activate the device without a sim from your carrier installed in it.
You don't have a sim card in the device.
You need a sim provided by your carrier.
No I don’t it shows no service
I did put my SIM card in but it really didn’t make a difference
