Apple Music Subscription

Hello,


I have changed my apple subscription to student several times, for the past few months I have been getting charged the whole amount and keep having to change it back to student. However, now it is telling me my account is already in use.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

You have to submit a Support ticket on this one so they can verify https://support.apple.com/billing


You should check under your Subscriptions to see if you are subscribed to both. Also, make sure you are not using different account and the same form of payment.
