I haven’t been able to get visual voicemails on my phone at all. I have spoke with my carrier Verizon and they weren’t able to assist and directed me to apple. Is this something I can get some assistance with?

Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature. What did Verizon say when you asked for help? You may have to ask to speak with a tier 2 support person.

We ended up doing a lot of trouble shooting and didn’t make any ground in a fix. They recommended me to apple but I feel you are right on this. I’ll see if I can reach to one!
