Thank you so much...it’s quite an involved case! They are using my old hotmail email address that I can not open I’ve been denied three times access to that Hotmail so they just keep opening cards and violating my identity I am disputing security questions on my behalf it’s crazy I have an investigator but I wanted to make sure I’m doing everything I can to stay safe through Apple any other suggestions?
