Battery is draining. How can I correct this?

My wife and I are both experiencing significant battery drainage issues after updating to 14.4.2. She has a new 12, and I have a 12 Pro Max. We are each getting about half the battery life we were getting, before updating the IOS.

I have a 6S and just updated to 14.4.2. Prior to the update I replaced my battery and it would last 9 hours of daily use at work. Now it goes from 100% to zero in less than 5 minutes. I have turned off all background apps and all updates and tracking and it still does this. I have literally watched the charge go from 100% to 0 while turning off all the background apps.

I currently using iPhone 7 Plus and I too having the same problem. The iPhone 7 plus battery draining very quickly! Apple please fix this problems! It's has not been fix!
