Lost operating system on MacBook Air
I wiped big sir from my drive and can’t restore it. I have a wifi connection but it won’t go any further

thank you very much I have downloaded High Sierra onto a portable drive and when installed will
upgrade to Big Sur. I was trying to set it to factory settings to all and botched it.
