It looks to me like these are fakes. The packaging contains mistakes that genuine Apple products would never have, like "Dseigned" instead of "Designed", "Made in China" instead of "Assembled in China", and "Cork,Ireland" instead of "Cork, Ireland". Also, Apple's overwrap would never place a seam across the middle of a bar code.
