IMessage/ FaceTime

Good afternoon, I have got a problem, I can’t sign in IMessage or FaceTime. Also everything was good, but yesterday I reset settings to give my IPad to my mum. So IMessage and FaceTime were working, now it isn’t. How I can fix this? Thanks
