Experimental WebKit features

The settings for my iPad experimental features are different between my iPad and iPhone. Is this right or should they have the same settings turned on? There are 6 settings that are different. On my phone the following are on, but on my iPad they are off:

intersection observer

remote playback API

resize observer

swap processes on cross-site navigation

synthetic editing commands

visual viewport API

is this right or should I be turning some of these on or off? I have never touched these settings nor has anyone had physical access to these devices.
