I do not see this happening anytime soon—the roll out according to Tim Cook is a projected over two year time period for Apple's Silicon SoC.
After Apple® stop using/selling Intel chip Mac's— vintage is 5 years out, obsoloete is 7 years out.

As fellow users without internal Apple product planning information, we cannot speculate about any timeline other than the original two-year window that Apple thought the transition from Intel to Apple Silicon products.
Operating systems regardless of hardware architecture would continue to be supported per Apple's current three-year sliding support window: current shipping operating system, and two previous annual upgrades. Apple would continue to honor any Intel-based hardware warranties for the customary twelve months or extended AppleCare+ warranties on that hardware.
