reverse camera is shaky in google duo on Iphone

Help, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have made sure my phone is up to date on software, still having same issues

Camera works. Both front and back. Just doesn’t function properly in reverse (back camera) with google duo. Had apple run a diagnostic on hardware. All us well as far as hardware. It something to do with google developers and my apple iOS versions according to apple.
