No display, no Touch Bar, only backlight and caps lock key

I have a MacBook Pro 16 2019, I saw another post with the exactly same issue I’m having but doesn’t seem to have any helpful solutions

the issue I’m having is I have no display, my screen is black but the backlight comes on when I power it up. The keyboard remains black, and the Touch Bar is dead as well. It only makes a swoosh sound when I power it off and oddly enough, the caps lock key is the only key that shows some life with a green dot.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

It sounds like the laptop may be booting, but there is no video on the built-in display. Try connecting an external display to see if you get any video on the external display. You may need to close the laptop to force video to the external display using clamshell mode to be sure whether the laptop is sending video to the external display.

Try an SMC Reset.

Edit: Also try booting into Safe Mode.
