Apple TV subscription

I just got the iPhone 11 last week in December. It said you get 1 year of free Apple TV with the purchase. So I set it up but I cannot watch anything on it.

the rest of switching to Spectrum mobile has been the WORST experience I have ever had. Apple should truly look into cutting them off because they are treating you customers horrible and that will affect you.

so back to this. I have been screwed so bad with this switch and this is supposed to be a free benefit for the next year. But now I guess I’m going to get screwed over again. Being April already. So why won’t it work

The offer for a free year of Apple TV+ with the purchase of a new Apple device which has the Apple TV app, has to be redeemed within the first three months. After that, the offer would not be presented anymore, thus can’t be redeemed anymore.
