iPhone 12 Pro Max camera macro mode 6cm blur

Please explain why iPhone 12 Pro Max camera in macro mode 6cm from object blur? In attachment you can see a photo where I take it in macro mode whitch is 6 cm from object with iphone 11 Pro from left side and from right side is iPhone 12 Pro Max. I try this with two different iPhone 12 Pro Max and the picture in macro mode 6 cm from object is the same blur.

How it is possible that iPhone 12 Pro Max camera is worse than iPhone 11 camera?

Please answer.Please explain way
