But I know my passcode
My phone was in my pocket at work it disabled it it says connect to iTunes I connected to iTunes from my other phone and my phone is still disabled what do I do I know my passcode so what do I do now

When an iPhone states that it is disabled, the passcode cannot help you. It has to be erased (with a computer) and restored from a backup.
