disabled ipad

I accidentally got my ipad disabled. I never used iTunes to back it up, is it possible to restore/unlock my ipad without losing all of its data? Or is it possible to back up data from a disabled ipad?

Disabled IPad with no iCloud backup My son locked out our iPad and now it is disabled and it was never backed up. Disabled Ipad Our ipad is disabled. Is there a way of fixing it without having to restore it? I don't know if the photos are stored to the cloud. Photos are the only important thing, deleting apps doesn't bother me.
