disabled ipad

I accidentally got my ipad disabled. I never used iTunes to back it up, is it possible to restore/unlock my ipad without losing all of its data? Or is it possible to back up data from a disabled ipad?

Disabled Ipad Our ipad is disabled. Is there a way of fixing it without having to restore it? I don't know if the photos are stored to the cloud. Photos are the only important thing, deleting apps doesn't bother me.
