iphone xr screen half blurred

Hello,

I was able to turn on and off my phone and it fixed the issue, but I was wondering why this happened/ if there is a way to fix it. I also wanted to post this because I hadn't found anywhere else to help me fix the issue.

So as you can see, I was only able to see half of my screen, I tried to exit all my apps, pull down the notification center, lock the screen and no matter what it wasn't fixing. I also don't know how this happened. I couldn't click anything on the left side of the screen because I couldn't see it, but it still was clickable.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have an issue with your screen showing to be half blurred. You’ve tried excellent steps so far restarting and, at this point, it would be a good idea to be sure there is not a software issue as the root cause of this for you.
