My Iphone 11pro camera lense had a hairline crack theough no fault of my own its sll protected with apple products ie case and glass screen protector , happened in lockdown and apple will not replace it i think its faulty tbh ... any help greatly

My IPhone 11pro camera lense had a hairline crack and apple will not replace it , I think it’s a fault as I have all the protecting front and back with genuine apple products , any help would be greatly appreciated the cost is £450.

Check it thoroughly in store and do not accept a cracked phone because you cannot take back a damaged phone in the 14 days grace period.

When I ordered my new iphone12 I set up a video camera in my house and filmed the unwrapping of the package, the opening of the box, and the first powering up. Had there been any damage it would have been recorded and the phone rejected.

I also paid for AppleCare+

I will say though—I would like to see more of an answer to this question. Because, if I bought a NEW iPhone, and the NEW screen had a crack in it, I would expect Apple to replace the screen, to make my NEW iPhone truly NEW. What would Apple do about such a scenario?
